Return Policy

1. If you notice any issues with the product after delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing the relevant order number and any necessary photos. The item must be returned with its original packaging; products with damaged packaging or those that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds for transactions paid by cash, check, or bank deposit will be processed via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer; all other unspecified payment methods will be refunded using the original method of payment.

3. For any disputes, Hongda Hong Kong Cleaning Agent Manufacturer reserves the right to make the final decision.
